What is the Pre-SPD Session?
Every 3 months we have our Quarterly Strategic Planning Day (SPD) where we go over your Financial Projections and your Priority Projects for the next 3 months.
One week before the SPD, we have our Pre-SPD Session so that when we come in for the SPD fully prepared in order to make the right Strategic Decisions.
