In the first class, we’ll start the discovery process by making an exhaustive list of what you’re competent in – your skills, your strengths and your gifts. We’ll also identify the different ways you’ve earned money throughout your life, and remember all your passions and dreams.
What is my “love story” with myself?
Most of us can think of a love story that we had in the past or in the present….but can we tell the story of how we came to love ourselves? In our second class, we’ll explore the idea of falling (back) in love with the person who is with us 24/7, day and night, and who will always be there.
What are my dreams?
When we were children, we had no problems dreaming: It was allowed and for some of us, even encouraged. As an adult, the only dreams you have are the ones your subconscious creates at night – and your life is so busy you don’t even remember them!
In this class, we’ll learn how to re-discover our dreams, and how to recognise our dreams as being part of who we are.

Knowing ourselves is very important, but being open to the world is essential to being able to grow out of our world and learn from the best. Can you list 3 people who inspire you? In this class, we’ll learn how to identify those who inspire us, and how to learn from them.
What’s the missing piece of the puzzle?
Before the end of the course, we’ll pick up the pieces of your life puzzle. We’ll look for the transversal themes that can be identified throughout our lives and which make us unique individuals.
What’s my Born To Do statement?
Knowing what we are Born To Do will help us make the right life decisions, whether personal or professional. Having a vision will help us live a more balanced and aligned life, and give us more room to express our passions.
This last class will be dedicated to helping you articulate what you were Born To Do. You’ll write a statement that will stay with you wherever you go and help you work towards your goals.
