In this episode, Sophie Bigot-Goldblum, a Jewish Educator, talks about the transformation of Queen Esther in the Book of Esther in the Jewish Tradition. Esther uses her vulnerability as a strategy to help her save the Jewish people.  Sophie sheds new light on Women's Leadership when she compared the approaches of Esther and Vashti dealing with the King in the Book of Esther.
