She's a wife and mom to 5 red-headed football lovers.

15 years ago she made Aliyah and is dedicated to creating Holistic solutions of health and energy for Jewish Women Globally.

She's been featured on TLV TV and radio, Israeli national news and the Times of Israel, just to name a few.
She focuses on aligning Jewish values with optimal health and stopping busy working mothers from gaining weight on Shabbat.

Lily coaches women on how they can love their reflection without giving up the things they love.
